Good morning everyone. I have now been home three days and i still can't get sorted out. Yesterday was for me a very good day. I sat and did all the holiday ironing and i potted some fuchia cuttings i borrowed from cornwall. I wanted to do more but as usual my body wouldn't let me. I know i had overdone it as normal. Yes my friends i am paying for it today. My fingers are sore and i generally feel sore all over. My head is in a good place at least. I have tried to get into my go faster scooter and i managed to drive it round the close. I don't think i will be able to go far with it yet as my knee doesn't like being that bent for a period of time, but i will keep trying.
I haven't done much this morning. Now my hubby is taking me to makro in leicester as there are a few things we need. That is my day trip for today.
I did have a nice time in cornwall even though there were places that i wanted to go to but couldn't because of the rain. We like visiting gardens, but they have been destroyed by the rain. The flowers have been washed away.
At the moment the sun is trying to get out. It is going to rain later, so i hope if the sun is with you long may it last.

Hi Sylvi
I've really enjoyed your holiday blogs and am glad it wasn't a total disaster. Borrowed fuchia cuttings eh? My mother was always a nightmare to take out - cuttings accidentally fell into her pocket all the time as she 'tidied up'.
That wasn't all i borrowed judi. Your mums a woman after my heart as i love taking cuttings. If the birds can do why can't we!! This fuchia has a red skirt and a nearly black petticoat and i haven't got one of those.
Hi Sylvie, Don't over do it! I think I enjoyed your hols though I would have liked you to have atleast a few more days sunshine, but as you know if you have read any of my bloggy bits the sun has gone to tenerife with my friend and I don't think it's planning on returning to the British Isles to soon, on a brighter note getting out and doing the gardening is refreshing. I have just finished my ironing too, mind you it has waited a bit.....my friend yesterday wanted to steel a cutting from a rose across the road then decided that it would be a sin, so I said why don't you just ask for it? sounds simple. The birds! well thats another story they have pinched my red currants now, and its the first year we've had any. Glad that you have come home happy and ready to encourage us all. Bless you.
Hi, I try nice too, but just failed with a 'friend' who can't get it RA and fatigue I mean. So don't feel to good with that though my pains are getting better and I'm going to try a walk in the village in a bit. Love Carol! x
Its no fun is it when people don't understand what your going through.I find i don't see as many friends now as i can't get out and about like i used to. Friends who are happy for you to go visit them all the time, but they won't go out of their way to see you when you can't get out.
Hope the sun shines on your walk into your village. love sylvi.xx
oh that is beautiful Sylvi, nothing better to welcome you home than a big bundle of ironing. Welcome back again.
