Yep, it's all done and dusted. Me and my Monster Slayer have got hitched!!! A very nice day it was too. We stayed in the Holiday inn at Southampton the night before. My lovely brother came over on the ferry from his home in the Isle of Wight with his good lady wife, and they wined and dined us the night before. They stayed with us and came to the wedding the next day... Good job too, we had no witnesses otherwise! and more importantly had not even thought about having no photographs. I had the bright idea of taking individual pictures of each other and sticking them together... ummm not so good. But thanks to my brother's very skilful photograph taking, we have a record of the lovely day it was. The sun shone and all 5 of us (my other brother turned up from Maidenhead too) wandered over the road to the registry office and we very quietly and romantically got wedded. We had a lovely Italian meal afterwards and then we of course jumped on our little Boat to sail around the Med!
It was a busy fortnight of tours and sailing, and 12 months ago I could not even have contemplated it. I did suffer a little bit with swollen ankles and sore feet and my knees and hips gave me a bit of gip, but otherwise it was fine. I had a seaweed wrap and ionithermie on my legs, which did me the world of good. I also had a few turns in the swimming pool and the whirlpools were loverly.
It was aller (old Devon word) having to eat all that lovely grub aboard ship. I became obvious that my diet affects my RA as during the second week, after eating the ship almost out of food, I realised I had to get my eating habits back on track. I would start by having a really healthy breakfast but by dinner I as necking the old Red vino!!
Being home now, I am getting back into the routine, juicing, tapping and meditating and of course rebounding. I really missed my rebounder!!!
I have already lost 2lbs of the 6!!!! I put on and feeling goooooood.
My wonderful step son did a great job of looking after the farm, picking up the eggies and feeding the bucket calves and keeping an eye on the sheep and lambs. The corn has come up and the whole place is looking so much greener than when we left. There was hardly a blade of grass left to chew hen we left!!
I am concentrating now on getting my case studies done for my Practitioners Certificate. I am so excited about the future...... see ya laters! xxx

P.S. this is a photo of my stepson Ben's new puppy dog.
