Hi everyone, hope you´re doing well. For the last few weeks I´ve starting experiencing pins and needles and tingling feelings in my lower leg. Any ideas? Am somewhat gutted cos I started on Humira last year and was doing so well. I also take methotrexate. Thánk you.

tingling normally indicates never irritation. Often caused by inflammation pressing on a nerve, or even a slipped disc can cause it. Medications like amitriptyline or gabapentin are good for nerve pain . Be worth speaking to your gp.

I had this for a while when my RA wasn't controlled it cleared up think mine was the inflammation and I had a cold for a month

Hi try not to worry as this may not be caused by Humira. It could be something pressing on a nerve in your back. Maybe try some gentle stretches but let your GP know or ring the advice line at Rheumy to get it checked out.
