For the second time my Yuflyma pen failed today and I’m feeling guilty that it’s me! Pen clicked for the first time, needle scratched skin but no puncture and no liquid dispensed . No second click. My hands are really swollen today (Yuflyma not really working after 8 weeks but that’s another story) but I’m pretty sure l managed to operate pen as I should have. Anybody else have this issue?

Silly question but do you push the pen right down into your thigh? I count to twenty. I’ve never had an issue. I do have to have numbing cream from the GP though to do mine as I can’t cope with the pain. I also have fibromyalgia. 😘
How frustrating for you, is it worth you requesting a video call with a specialist nurse to see what's going on?
I had a similar issue with another med I'm on for cholesterol. Was on 2 weekly jabs and no probs but then changed to 4 weekly with the pens being sent by another provider. I also had 2 pens that "failed" with the fluid running down my leg. They sent a nurse to check my technique and that was fine - should be after years of experience - and then took the pens away for testing. I was told they were also fine but I do think it was just faulty pens. I no longer trust them so am back on 2 weekly jabs. It probably doesn't help you but I'm fairly convinced that the problem could be faulty pens, or is it possible that your hand condition prevented you applying sufficient pressure to administer the jab? Hope you get it sorted.
Morning. Yes this has happened to me,I changed from (Imraldi) to Yuflyma in January. Had nothing but trouble administering the injections, never had problems with methotrexate,or imaraldi. I wait for second click and count to 15 now and still then I take pen off it's dripping down leg. I had a video call with nurse in the end it went perfect
The next injection would you believe it happend again and it hurts when it goes in neither of the others did.
