Hola Nury, no se donde vives. En el UK tienes que visitar un médico GP al inicio. Puede ser que el GP te refiere a un especialista. Suerte amigo 👍

Su médico de cabecera debería ayudarle. Un poco de depresión es natural con el dolor. Debería ayudarle con el ejercicio, yo tengo un perro y canto en un coro; dos cosas que me ayudan mucho. Fuerza y buena suerte!
