Tocilizumab and earache

Hi there,

I’m new to Tocilizumab, however 5 injections in and feeling so much better already which I’m grateful for.

For the last week I’ve had earache and it really is sore but reacts well to painkillers. GP has had a look and my ear is clear of infection or wax and has given me a nasal steroid to try as my nose is a little blocked and could be the route to my ear issue. The roof of my mouth is also a bit angry and on the same side as the sore ear.

I just wondered if anyone has had a similar problem and whether it’s a typical side effect of my biologic.
