if only one fits all . It really is trial and error. My back bedroom is like a pillow shop ! I have to swap and change constantly. Maybe as a chiropractor or a physiotherapist can advise Good luck

I've tried so many pillows! This is the only one I'm comfortable on now. Not everyones cup of tea as it's quite firm but stops my neck aches and helps my head keep cool. My sister introduced me to it. It's pricey but worth it for me.

The 'Which' magazine tested support pillows fairly recently. I bought the cheapest one they recommended and it's been much better than any others!

I buy a soft soft pillow and I roll it into shape under my neck to suit the size and shape I want. It's very supportive and my neck hasn't turned into a spasming nightmare in a very long time. I also use a second pillow up against the headboard to push me up a bit so my shoulder is supported. Depends if you sleep on your side or not. I do. I find sleeping in my back hurts my neck more.

I love my PURPLE pillow. Has done wonders for my neck and spine. Good luck with your pillow quest!

One to avoid, is the John Lewis firm Russian feather and down. Cost a fortune, hard to get into pillow case as bulky and isn’t even that comfy. I prefer M&S normal ones but use two. The are a bit flat hence two but looks good as well. Trouble then is I don’t buy sets of linen because I buy a cover and 8/10 pillow cases as they get worn out before covers.

I found the wave pillow a few years ago. I find putting a normal pillow on top of it the comfiest.

They do vary in size and softness I tried a few before finding one I was comfortable with my latest one is from JYSK and for me it very comfortable. It comes with 2 thin flat inserts that you can put under it for different hights I prefer the memory foam ones that sort of mold to your shape.

I found that pushing the pillow well under your neck helps, whatever pillow I use. Don’t let your neck get strained . I have neck excercise to do every day & no longer have so much problem, just turning neck one way & the other whilst keeping in line with back, slowly & carefully. Best wishes x

Hi thanku for the reply I’m same doing exercises 5/6 times per day my physio said he can’t do anymore for me So he discharged me and said I must do these exercises every day for permanent But I will say it’s more btr than last yr I hardly had any movement was awful So tight,, it’s been on going for around 10 yr but it’s got to it’s peak now so I’m working hard with it ,, I’ve just bought a neck pillow from jusk it’s height adjustable ,, at mo seem feel a bit btr ,,👍👍
