I try to remember to thank people when I can, even yesterday on a bad pain day, a Tesco worker smiled at me, and so bad to thank her for that- a little kindness goes a long way.I am under Addenbrookes too, despite the long appt delays, the staff always are caring and take their time, so their best in difficult circumstances.

All the best to you

Thank you Hazel cats!!

I will contact PALS to commend Pain Clinic and all theatre staff.

My daughter had come to pick me up, staying til tomorrow.

She now wants me to adopt 2 unknown Darlinngton cats who belong to my ex husbands brother ( who is v frail , in hospital ).

My cat Igor would hate it!!!!!

Must resist this . L

Can I ask what you had done? You don’t need to say if you’d rather not. It’s just someone I saw there mentioned the pain clinic to me after I had fractured my sacrum- I couldn’t take the usual painkillers and was just taking paracetamol and using a pulsed electromagnetic field mat and she couldn’t believe that was all I was taking.. Fortunately things never reached that pain clinic stage though. Rest and be sensible and enjoy the good weather that we are supposed to be getting.

Thank you so much. Not surprised you’re wiped out after all the stress of it all. Put your feet up and enjoy the decent weather. X
