Depo-Medrol Injection and nausea

Hi everyone,

Just wondered if anyone has had a chronic reaction to a steroid shot? I am only tiny and was given 120mg a month ago and I am literally grounded still with the worst nausea. I can barely eat and have lost 3/4 stone so am down to 7 stone ☹️

Is it possible I had too higher dose and my immune system is just completely wiped out?

GP gave me anti-nausea tablets which I have stopped taking as don’t help.

Any ideas as it is so hard to function.

Many thanks

Paula

I would go back to your G P this might not be related to the ster injection.

Yes. Go back to your Gp or rheumatologist - whoever prescribed for you - as you're clearly feeling very unwell. Best of luck and hope you get relief soon.
