Hi all! My hair is thinning again , I think due to hrt I’ve changed and I remembered seeing many of you are taking biotin for hair loss. Can anyone advise me as to what dosage and make has worked for you? Looking on Amazon , there’s a wide array of strengths and prices …. It’s very confusing! Thank you for reading my post xx

unfortunately it did not work for me. Tried everything every wonderful person on this site has suggested but nothing has worked. Decreased my meds very slightly with help of GP this has slowed the process but not stopped my hair from thinning Good luck

It may be worth getting your Vitamin levels checked. Folate Ferritin Vit B12 & Vit D. Particularly Ferritin needs to be at around 100 to promote hair growth.
