Apremilast advice

Hi,

has anyone used apremilast? Do you have any advice on it/ sideeffects etc. I am moving over to it as I have had secondary faliure with biologics. feeling really deflated and defeated about finding a treatment that helps.

Hi Foodman500,

Sorry to hear that you are having to try another medication. We don't have much information on Apremilast as it's mainly used for Psoriatic Arthritis (rather than RA) but you can read a bit more about it here: versusarthritis.org/about-a... and if you use the search bar at the top of the page and search for both Apremilast and the brand name, Otezla, there are a few posts across the different health groups on HU that ask similar questions.
