Paracetamol Ibuprofen

I have nerve pain and osteoarthritis I lumbar low back 13 years, fibro 1989 diagnosis, many 'usual'symptoms.The drugs above have not worked for me.

Micro, not sure if this answer is for me? I have nerve pain but think I might have my reason why I have the problems I do. It is believed I have something caused FND, so I have to try and help that condition now. Thank you if it was for me.

Sorry. I seem to have forgotten how to use the site. Got in a muddle.A post was asking ref whether paracetamol and ibuprofen worked for others. My attempt to reply was to say neither seemed to do anything to help me.

I have low back chronic pain, nerve pain from spine joints and other stuff, Fibro etc.

Doc said that paracetamol enhances the effect of opioids (the opioids we are now not supposed to use )

That's what I wanted to say but somehow I can't find where I read the post I replied to ?

That's ok, I often get confused on here! I take both those and I don't find them very helpful either.
