Off topic... holiday

Morning everyone. ☺️ just thought I'd post to say after I had to stop taking Hydroxy and now only on sulfasalazine which doesn't help the RA much, I've been on Prednisolone again since 23nd august. I feel better than I have done since my last full on batch of it a few months ago. It's amazing to feel more 'normal' than in so much pain everywhere! They are getting permission to put me on Etanercept. So to get to the point...we decided to book a late hol to menorca yesterday while I'm able. And I'm so ooking forward to it this time! Go in 12 days time. 👏👏👏 love and hugs to you all. 🌹

Great news. When I was given a short course of pred while waiting for my hydroxy to kick in I felt like Superwoman - it was bizarre all the pains disappeared, it’s funny isn’t it how great it is to feel the ‘normal’ we used to take for granted.

Can prednisolone cause that? I always wear factor 30 now and sit under an umbrella from 11am. Hats and a light cotton cover up when I walk too.
