I've just received a fulsome apology from Sciensus and am happy with that and they did share that more customer service agents are being employed with more training and empathy plus the Contact Us button is now operational. They have copied in my MP the RA unit at the hospital and the CQC so I must have rattled a few bars on the cage. A nice letter and I hope no one else has the same problem again. The medication stocks are being improved and they are now looking at rewording the texts as to say" undeliverable" when they actually never attempted delivery is misleading and basically a fib.

Oh well done. It's time that lot pulled up their boots and did a proper job. Our rheum team have asked us patients to report any problems with them so they can sort it out for us. Methinks Sciensus are getting the hard word from the bill-payers and about time too!

I got into a twitter discussion with sciensus and other disgruntled patients, the health editor of the Gaurdian was brought into the discussion and within 15 minutes of telling them my details I had a phone call and medication delivered the next day !

I've also had a text wanting to arrange my next delivery and I've still got 4 injections left !!

There is hope.

Think its a good thing you've complained as it does make them stop and think and improve their service.

They are probably worried about losing the contract - it's probably up for renewal

I have received today my meds delivered by Sciensus.They were on time.I got text evening before with a two hour slot.Today they texted again to say i was next delivery.Driver was very pleasant.This is my third delivery and each one has been great.Obviously things have improved because when they traded under HAH i had problems a few times with deliveries.Thanks Medway Lady for your help to others.
