NRAS have organised a Dance Movement course, which starts on the 1st of September. The course is contemporary movement, helping to lift mood and ease anxiety which is fun, upbeat and low impact movement class. Didy Veldman is the host and brings with her vast experience in the world of dance with a BA degree in dance, a professional dancer for 14 years and a freelance choreographer since 2000. Didy is also a contemporary teacher and programme manager of The Royal Ballet School. Check out of website for further information nras.org.uk/wellbeing-courses/

In case anyone's interested in the details, the course runs for 5 weeks, is on Thursdays at 6:30pm, via zoom, and the cost is £45.
