Hello! Hope everyone is as ok as possible. I've been a bit silly this evening.....I (tried!!) to have a dance in my bedroom because I've missed being able to soooooooo much (back, hip and knee flares alongside others!) and now my knees and hips hurt and I feel really sick!! Whoops!! Still, totally worth it to have a few mins of dance therapy x

I think that's great!!!! Not how you felt afterwards though but when you had that moment I bet you felt the stress melt away.

Seriously folks - I go dancing anyway even with my poorly flaring toes at the moment. I do circle and international folk dance which includes the English folk dance and Playford style dance. I dance in nice soft boots for support and sit down in between dances (and sometimes also sit down while the others are doing something too energetic for me).
But it's excellent exercise and about the only land based exercise that I can do. The short length of the dances and the ability to sit down between makes it possible.
Put some Quo on. We can start head banging! At least you don't have to move your feet. Murders your hips though!
