I had cataract surgery on my right eye. The eye has been constantly watering - is that normal? I'm applying 3 different eye drops - one every 2 hours - throughout the day. Also how soon after surgery were you able to start seeing properly without any issues? I've got scleritis in the same eye and hoping it doesn't complicate things.

I really don’t know but if I were you I’d get in touch with the department who deals with your eyes & ask them…….failing that I’d call 111 for advice….eyes are precious …..get some professional help asap.
I would try to get checked just to be on the safe side. Do you have an eye hospital with an emergency department? If not I would contact the medical secretary of your eye consultant to ask for some advice at the very least just to be on the safe side. I work in an eye hospital and would be advising any of my patients to do the same or certainly contacting their eye consultant on their behalf for some advice. Gentle hugs x
I had cataract surgery a few years ago and I could see the benefit the following day, my eye did not water. Like previously mentioned I get some medical advice asap.
It's not normal. Seek advice!
