Well guys had my booster this afternoon, feeling ok so far, I am at present going through a flare. I think all the stuff that has happened over the last couple of months has come to a head! On Wednesday I had a total melt down and crying for no reason, feeling sad thinking no one loved me!! I was ok the night before then got up and thought what the heck had happened. I went to work but said I am on an emotional rollercoaster and I may burst into tears any second. I was actually crying at work for goodness sake!!! I am feeling loads better now though. Thanks for listening guys. Take care everyone.

I’m not sure if you’re currently on any oral stories as they can can make you suddenly very emotional. You’ve had a lot of upset with work/colleagues so I’m sure it’s all registering now after things are hopefully calming down. I hope you feel more back on track very soon. 🙏🏻

I'm glad you're feeling loads better now Carol - you have been through a bit of an ordeal lately haven't you and I'm surprised you haven't flared sooner, but at least it will be over and done with for Christmas 🤞. Glad you've had your booster and I hope you don't get any bad side effects from it. Take care.

Sometimes a good cry can be helpful, have a good sleep. Do let us know how you get on in the next wee while.

This time of year has added pressures if all sorts too. I’m glad you let it all out and hope it helped 🤗

Sometimes a break down of tears helps us no end darling. So don't worry about it, it showa the people you work with how hard it has been for you. Hugs, xxxx

So sorry to hear you are on an emotional rollercoaster, life in general is pretty tough this last 20 months but sounds like you have had even more to deal with. Good you have lots of positive support on HealthUnlocked. If you wanted to talk to someone else with RA, National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society, NRAS have a service called Here for You, where you can be paired with someone with RA, one of our trained telephone support volunteers. You can read more about it on our website nras.org.uk/resource/here-f... and request a call via the "Request a call" button at the bottom of the page. We get such positive feedback about this service and how helpful it is to talk to someone completely impartial but who understands RA because they have it themselves. Take care and as many below have said there is nothing wrong with a good cry, it is a good release and actually makes you stronger and more resilient.

I think a lot of people who normally just go with the flow are getting a bit teary these days….don’t fret about it…you’re not alone. We are living through one of the worst experiences….& there really is nothing to look back & compare how to cope…but cope we will…& we will enjoy Christmas…even if we do weep all over the Christmas Cake 🎂
