Hot and cold

Hi everyone. I’ve mentioned this before years ago but need reassurance again please. I feel like I’m having a flare up but my joints are ok at the moment. I feel constantly sleepy this last week and then shivery and sweating hot switching many times throughout the day. No cough or taste issues. My temp has been around 37.4 which is not considered a real temperature although it is high for me. I’ve done lateral flow tests which are all negative. I have had periods like this before and suspect it is the RA but it’s horrible! Just wanted your thoughts please? X

Honestly it could be almost anything!

I often find (especially after doing something social) that I feel like this for several days and then it goes. I assume that I have picked up some bug from someone else and my body is busy fighting it off. Sometimes it's a flare but often it isn't. I had this quite a lot when I first started socialising after being isolated during lockdown.
