As many of us experience low grade fevers with our condition, how do you know when to call a doctor to check it out?
If you have a fever do you just assume it's RA and see if it's goes away? Or do you speak to them whenever you get a fever? It's really hard to know when it needs attention.
I've had a temperature since last night which is making me feel terrible. I've done two lateral flow tests (both neg) and so I'm assuming it's inflammation.

Definitely get it checked out . When I was on biologics my temperature never really went up if I had an infection i just felt unwell if it did go up then I was very poorly . Get it checked just in case x
I tend to feel that if one is on biologics then it’s not just the actual temperature but also how you feel that is important. So if I have a low grade fever if I don’t actually feel too bad then I drink lots of water, rest and see what happens. But were I to feel ill then I wouldn’t hesitateto flag thia up with GP or some other medical team.
