Quietly laughing to myself today cause I've had to go and buy new trainers with velcro fastening as struggling to do laces and tracksuit bottoms cause I can't do up the buttons on my jeans lol. On the plus side my hands are a lot better today, more so my knees and ankles that hurt a bit but it's manageable. Hope everyone else is doing well

I have just been looking on some magnetic lace faster the sell two pairs for £8 on eBay
There is a gadget that you can use for buttons, also get a little strap that you attach to the zipper that you can then pull up your jeans with darling.xxxx
Go to ability superstore and you will find things to attach to your jeans they are like keyrings and you just pull them up. they also sell a button hook that threads through the hole that will then do the buttons through the hole.xxxxx
lend me your hands? also the outlook 'manageable' - could do with a dose of that lol. but yes velcro does help esp ankle boots with it, for added support eg pavers 34.99. glad you've found velcro too. but remember 'when in duobt sit down and feet up for a bit' ... not giving in but pacing youself. i find feldene gel helps for ankles / knees - ibuprofen from the outside. good luck to you and all xx
I had to laugh Ray, because I made that switch about four years ago. Then I actually switched to Crocs for about six months as my big toes started turning in toward all of the others. They will be a lot easier to work
I wish I could find someone to make me a shoe for my right foot as I can only wear socks. The pain is so intense when I put on any type of shoe. The hospital had a pair of boots made for me but they are just too painful to wear. I'm dreading the winter when I shall be swishing about in my wet socks!!
