The reference ranges are not absolute. Generally if a reading is less than 10% below or above the range on a single blood test and you have no other symptoms the doctors are unlikely to be concerned. Trends and symptoms can be more important, so if this month’s is 134 and then next month 130 and then 125 and you feel a bit weird that might attract some interest although still within 10%.
The most common reason for being a bit wonky is being a bit dehydrated, and on a repeat test it will be fine.
I've worked in a few hospital labs and reference ranges for tests totally depend upon which analysers are used for doing the test so you would need to look at your hospitals reference range, for example my hospitals reference range for sodium is 133-146 mmol/l . So your result would be normal in my region.
Being a tiny bit under for sodium is not a big deal and like helix said before unless the results is grossly abnormal Drs will look for trends not 1 single result.
We aren't allowed to give medical advice but if these were my test results I would be happy. Your GFR is awesome 👌 😁
