Have you considered taking vitamin D and zinc . Tests have shown that taking them significantly reduces the worst effects of covid.

It's a bit like putting a seat belt on when you get in your car. Won't stop you from having an axident but helps to protect you.

If nothing else they have great general health benefits.

I just bought cut D. Got the girls some too as in Scotland, we are all going to be deficient! X

It's not just Scotland where people are lacking D, a double blind test was done in a hospital in Spain. Apparently they stay out of the sun. They had a 98% success rate. This was on patient already sick with covid in hospital.

I don't understand why people are told to wear face masks but not to take D and zinc .

Ive got children at three differant schools and one at college. I'm not worried about catching covid, I'm not looking forward to it but it would be good yo get if put of the way, that it if I haven't already had it.

It was a bit. Now going to go out for a walk. I’d forgotten how hard it is being inside 24/7!
