Yooo hooo!!!

Woke this morning a new woman. No stiffness no swelling 5lb lighter and felt cold for the first time since March. Ooh I do like the cooler weather and it likes me.. sorry to gloat 😁😁😁😉

Aww glad you feel better for it! I like cooker weather too but not when it gets too cold. Like being able to walk to work without melting 👍

I'm with you on the cooler weather 🤣😂 and I love autumn/ winter clothes too, so much more comfortable to wear, and the winter boots....ah...so much easier on feet, the autumnal colours, the night skies, the wind in your face...I'll stop now.

I didn’t do anything just woke up 5 lb lighter ... I swell so much in the heat and humidity. My shoes were too loose this morning 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️oh I’m another 4 lb lighter this morning so that’s 9lb in total . I eat healthy small portions and deprive myself all year didn’t loose a lb. I still have niggly joints but I don’t walk like a robot..... 😂😂😂I’m laughing because my hubby is moaning I just spent a fortune on larger clothes and threw out all the others. The new clothes are a bit baggy 🥴

I too was very swollen this year with the heat. It calmed down though a few weeks ago. This last 3 days my feet, ankles and lower legs up to my kneecaps are full of fluid. Its quite painful as the skin feels like its stretched to as far as it will go. Im on furusomide 40mg twice a day. Can i ask if your on diruetics and if so did you take any extra to gef rid of your fluid? I have about 10lb on now over last 3 days x

No diuretics gp seems unconcerned as does my rheumatologist. When this Covid thing is over I’m going to pursue it it’s been tough this year.
