Naproxen

I’ve been given naproxen to help until I get an urgent referral appointment. Still awaiting diagnosis. Reading some posts, the early painful stage has been difficult for many of you. I’ve been having symptoms for a week now, perhaps a ‘flare’. Feeling slightly better after resting more yesterday, it’s been a huge help already to be on here 🙂

Rest is the key in the RA journey and also if something is not working ask what else till your referral. Patience and keeping a diary helps too. I am still work in progress on patience still think I can do lots and then payback reminds me I cant on some days.

Dee doesn’t have patience 😂😂😂.. she try’s. Dee is right rest and keep taking your nsaids until you start any treatment. Just because you are having a good day don’t over do it there is always payback.
