It could be AS, or it could be osteoarthritis, you could have had a muscle spasm in your neck, or it could just be your posture.
They only thing I can think of the ease it would be to get it seen by a doctor and physio - which I guess isn’t that easy right now? So look up simple stretching neck and shoulder exercises, keep your shoulders back and see if that makes a difference?
During my last physio appointment in March I mentioned it, but obviously not had one since then.
I’m honestly wondering if it’s worth asking for a scan on my upper spine as I’ve had a few issues with my scoliosis which rheumatology don’t seem fussed about.
