That must be really hard for you.
Have you got enough food and medication?
Did they give you any advice on exercise etc?
Sorry to ask so many questions.
Look after yourself.
First of stay safe and as long as you have your meds and someone shopping for you. I can't stress enough about doing the exercises the hospital gave you darling. So please do the exercises then rest and do that throughout the day and every day since you came home you should be alright. You can go out for a walk which will help strengthen your muscles as well. Good luck darling and stay safe above all else. Hugs.xxx
As the rest have said Beth as long as you stay safe ,keep exercising and have enough food you should be fine and get stronger each day that passes xxx
I'm so sorry to hear this, have they left any contact number for you, say for instance on your discharge letter? As others have said hope you have enough meds, food and keep doing the exercises as much as you can. Although don't suffer in silence and if you need help ring your GP for advice. Do take care and sending some warm wishes to you. x
