Good Morning all you lovely people on this super sunny Saturday morning. Wishing you all as pain free day as possible with a little something you like whether that be a little treat or being able to enjoy the sunshine. My day will start with my weekly zoom meeting with some of my lovely slimming world friends. Really enjoy these meetings chatting amongst friends and being able to continue to support each other. Thanks, Gail. Zoom is such a lifeline at present. We had a meeting last night with several from my church, great to see them even if still apart.

And I used Skype the day before for a group of four to sing and pray. It was so uplifting.

Zoom really is such a life line at the moment isn’t it? So pleased we have the benefits of technology. Mind you I usually spend my day cursing at it. 😂. Have a lovely day x

Morning Gail and thanks for your cheery morning post, love the picture and sentiments too. A bit of a sluggish start here my hands and feet playing up today. It was humid last night and we had some rain and thunder and my joints don't like that. So thank you for bringing my sluggish start into focus with your motivational post. Take care, love Pip x

I am hoping those hands and feet start behaving a little better as your day goes on. I think it is going to be a day of plodding and not too much action for me but that’s ok. Thanks Gail, the limbs rallied round for a little bit and now they're niggling again and my right knee is giving me a bit of gyp, but that's the nature of this beast it keeps on trying. Hope you've had a decent day. x
