Well it is an official one from Leeds hospitals, a other one from british rhrumatological society is there too, I posted it yesterday. So keep indoors, washing hands etc are all good practice. Hope these official letters come soon to stop uncertainty for people . Do look st NRAS corona virus page , loads of advice .there. But yes Im Sure you will have to talk to your line manager too xx good luck x

Moomin8 posted it yesterday

healthunlocked.com/nras/pos....

I’m finding all these different charts a bit confusing now. And none of them say what people who are working should do about less than helpful employers.

That's why I wasnt sure whether to put it up but if leeds are giving it to their patients at this moment it must have validity x

I know as I say wasnt sure whether people would find it helpful or not but surely it's better to follow the governments guidelines anyway and charts only give you a little info but in the end I decided it might help some folks .

We do need official stuff from government but until then we as tou say stay safe x

Well my rheumy yesterday said he was doing his caseload, seems to be different everywhere. So hes doing clinical work, emergency ra clinics, letters and on call for frontline, god bless them!

Well the reason they want to test NHS staff so they can send them back to work if the test shows they have had it, so they must be presuming that they will have immunity. But until you have had a test it’s not 100%, so carry on exercising that judgement.

Assuming being the word ..

If you're on the shielding group whaleroad then the advice is to not go out to exercise.

Omg. That's awful poor loves 😔

I try not to think about it. I've seen some of my neighbours going into each others houses. People taking such risks are so foolish.

👍

Sh*t! I’ve only received text messages from GOV & HHT to stay at home although I’ve strictly observed self-isolation since my recent visit to dentist. However, the Leeds chart dictates no outside work for my category and I’ve exposed myself to a couple of garden ‘sorties’ to tidy up and yesterday had to risk biting winds to rescue upturned rhododendron tub ... Think I’d better keep quiet about that from my girls ... !

Incidentally, a nephew employed in a different Health Trust finance office with no medical training is on standby for ward duties ..... !

You've done the best you can with the information you had, that's why it's good things like this site is here and nras site is there. And we should get our letters ....

I inject MTX and take HCQ so for me, the above chart would take me to 'standard social distancing'.

HOWEVER, bloods taken Thursday revealed low white blood count and GP phoned to tell me to stop MTX for 2 weeks and I should be 'shielding'. My bloods had been ok for months, if not years and I feel fine.

Charts alone do not tell the whole story, it is essential to maintain blood tests.
