Moderate risk advice is to self isolate and if you need to go out keep to the 2meter distancing rule and wash hands more regularly

Join the club! On the Leeds flow chart it states to remain in home / garden but don't need to sheild within in it. Recommends not going out for exercise or shopping. Ask three people I can guarentee you'll get three answers - P.S. let me know if you get a consensus. x

Is that strict social distancing?

Yes, I believe so, I think in some of the documents it's called enhanced.

My understanding is that you can go out only if essential and when you do go out, apply stringent social distancing. If you are working, then work from home if able. And wash hands (or hand sanitise) regularly.
