lymph nodes in groin???

was just drying myself after shower and was stunned to see a whole bunch of what I assume to be lymph nodes in my left groin. There were about 5 or 6 and really prominent. They started to go down a bit after I had been feeling them and by the time I took the picture - but you get the general gist.

Can this really have anything to do with inflammatory arthritis? I had terrible ear ache yesterday which went away with paracetomol and I have lumps by my arm pit/top of chest.

You should always check any unusual lumps & bumps with your GP.

Lymph nodes can react very quickly to any infection, like an ear infection. Groin, armpit and below the ear. If not gone soon then maybe call your GP
