Lose weight

I did laugh today a regular was in and he said Dee you look like you have lost a bit of weight (I was not offended, he has been talking to me about his wife with cancer and we have lovely catch up chats). Yes I replied I am on a drugs diet..........his face made me laugh he was shocked, so I had to explain MTX makes me nauseous so not interested in food at the moment apart from bread and tomato soup!

He said he was going to bring me fresh tomatoes in to make a home made soup rather than a Heinz special.

So many lovely people in this World. Just have to reach out.

Tomatoes and gluten are often seen as very inflammatory, especially for gut. Mtx is not easy on gut. Hope some help.

Read today an article on bicarbonate of soda . Supposed to be good as an inflammatory and for settling the tummy it neutralises the acid . I might give it ago as I get reflux

The bicarbonate of soda is an old remedy for stomach upset. My mum used to give it to me when I was a kid if I had a bad tum. 1 TSP mixed with small amount of water in the bottom of a cup. Still use this for an upset tum. Works for me.😃
