Oh yes, hot weather = swelling for me. Never thought when younger I would prefer cooler weather.😊

I always get people saying to me 'you want to move somewhere warmer, do your joints good'....well no, this cooler weather suits me, the humidity and heat makes me worse.

Hi..same here. Feel better, sleeping better. I think its to do with humidity.

In that if I go to Spain and theres a dry heat and lots of light I am good.. likewise when i go skiing.. but humidity seems to hurt me.

I have RA and prefer the cooler weather.

When it is too hot I need the air conditioning and that really bothers me.

Give me heat anytime, can't cope with the cold 😨

Oh no, the opposite for me. I'm much stiffer and more sore when it gets cold, especially if it's damp too.

I've sworn for years flares are related to moisture/humidity, regardless how high the thermometer reads.

Rain on the way, overcast, drizzle, cats and dogs, hail, snow, frost?

PAIN!

Clear sunny day?

Bliss...with ample high protection factor suncream to counteract DMARDS and NSAIDS.

Cooler weather?

Refreshing, soothing, welcome.
