Hope your ok
Your welcome to moan darling as we all understand how you feel as we all go through something similar to yourself, probally not as bad, but it is all the same when we go through it. Hugs darling.xxx
Moaning is absolutely allowed, lol
I have been through mild PTSD, two appeals for ESA, helped by CAB, and also have OA on top of RA.
Just had six weeks of terrible nights due to soft pillow feeling like it was digging into the back of my neck and skull.
Easy for feelings to get the better of us when suffering and it seems we are kicked while down, no sympathy just cold and disdainful treatment by DWP.
It will pass. You are already part way through.
May you be provided with all you need to survive this and to meet all living costs.
Always ok to moan Thomsk. I’m sorry you are having these additional things going on but hoping they are all sorted out soon.
life is so difficult these days even more so when you have an illness that is grinding you down . I am still waiting to change over to PIP so i know how you feel . Good you have welfare rights helping you . Hope all goes well for you
Moaning releases pent up emotions so have a good moan and you will feel better.
You're amongst friends here. Feel free to moan away, better out than in, otherwise it eats away at you. Hope all goes smoothly with your pip. Be kind to yourself. X
We all need a safety valve from time to time, Thomsk. We're so lucky to have a place where we can moan with people who know how it is. Wishing you all the very best
PTSD nightmares + pain ruined my sleep for a while. I was given Prazosin, a blood pressure med, for the nightmares and it's worked wonderfully. Even if I have a nightmare, the med keeps my adrenal glands from firing, so my body doesn't respond. I have fewer nightmares and the ones I have aren't as violent.
