I have just discovered these. It is a replacement lid for standard milk containers the can be used without removing the milk cap each time. It uses a simple lever to pour through a spout and to aid use. I looked on line after seeing one in use at a cafe. It looks great and was much easier for me to use rather than removing a screw cap for each cup of tea.
