The cold virus

Well folks back from the Canaries last night and me and other half are in bed with this cold virus, I had it before I went on holiday all through my holiday although it didn’t stop me enjoying the sun and the break but it’s finally beat me and I’ve gave it to my Wife as well, at least we can keep each other company in bed although no hanky Panay as I haven’t the strength 😩

Its no fun is it when you go on holiday and catch a cold and come back feeling worse than when you got ther. Hope you both soon feel brighter.xxxx

Oh dear. It's really doing the rounds isn't it. I've so far managed to ward it off.

I always found a cold more difficult in the sun. I only had a few but they were harder to cope with. Pleased you didn't allow it to spoil your hols. It is a particularly virulent one doing the rounds at the mo. My h has had to go onto antibiotics but I'm still wading through treacle with everything a cold brings, hot one minute cold the next & throat like razor blades have been at it. Helps to get out in the fresh air.

I hope you both shake it off before it affects your lungs.

I have just been told off for not going to the gp sooner with a lingering cough! On anti-biotics now. So if you don’t feel better soon please go to your gp! Hope you feel better soon.

I’m up and about today still sore and coughing but a bit better and no headache, running after the other half whos still in sick bed

I am so glad you are feeling a bit better but be careful not to overdo it!
