Hi missminto just read mindbodygreen very interesting making me put 2 and 2 together. I have had gut problems for 30 years or so and r a for the last 6. Was the gut trouble the trigger to r a? It would seem it's quite a possibility. Wonder.how many others are in the same situation? Hope you all can have a happy Christmas and and a better new year.

I would tend to agree with you - since I started taking a daily probiotic and incorporating live yoghurt and kefir (flavoured) in my diet I've noticed a huge difference in gut problems (gone) and improvement in general wellbeing. I'm really convinced now that an out of whack gut biome is the source of many health issues.
