Hey I have been doing so much better on steroids and cbd oil . But had a flare up Monday night. Today was just a struggle from start to finish . Still can’t move my right arm and shoulder , even writing hurts!!!!
Kinda talked to my partner, my boss, my daughter and not that I need to moan but I need someone to understand how incredibly hard today was for me!!!! So I have shared as I know u understand . How u all doing today?? Hope your day was better than mine! 💕

I get you it's hard it's gets you down we have all been there when it flares up you just think I want my old self pain.

I've had my pregablin increased by my GP this week as I am constantly having back spasms. This drug has been known to make me feel very lightheaded at times. So it has been an experience today trying to cope with work and the side effects of my increased meds. Here's a snap shot of my day while not feeling on top form.
Arrived at work 7:30. Could hardly use my hands as they froze up over night. I kept calm and carried on with the day. Finished at 5:30, rushed to the supermarket to get the ingredients for our dinner, both knees aching, not sure if I could push the trolley around the shop. Bought food and dumped it all in the car. Got in, quick change of clothes (jogging bottoms and t-shirt), made dinner, cleared up, got my girls sorted for bed, showered, in my PJs, took night meds and now sitting on the sofa - joints throughout my body are throbbing and my back is in another spasm. I'll be in bed in the next 30 mins. I need to get enough sleep to get me through tomorrow.

I do empathize for your pain and am sorry you are having such a rough time.
Also noted you use cbd oil. Do u find it helps pain much and how do u use it- rub on or by mouth?

Thanks u guys . I use red oil from cbd brothers - about 5 drops morning and night . More if I need it. I also started vaping pure cbd Crystal which has helped. Today at work I felt absolutely dreadful , weak, anxious , stressed , head fog , generally shaky on steroids.... terrified that work would see I was a mess!!!
I took a few vapes of cbd Crystal and felt so much better. Focused and better sense of well-being . Still left work early but definitely more productive. Considering I was in tears last night and going to take the day off, I think I did well.
