My feet are deformed by the RA and I use a company who do extra wide and extra deep shoes with removable insoles which provide extra cushioning. They are called wider fit.co.uk. Hope that helps.

I always go for Hotter shoes. I know they're expensive but they are really comfortable. Plenty of room for toes. They have easily removable insoles if you need to add specialist ones. I know it's not for everyone but I got my last few pairs on ebay at much reduced prices.

Thank you for that suggestion. Just ordered one from Amazon. Can’t wait to get it. Sick of shoulders hurting. The wide strap should really help.

Good steer, I immediately googled it as, while I am not so much troubled with shoulder pain, I am afflicted by big boobies and always on the lookout for comfy bras.

Here’s a link to the relevant page on my favourite bra site, AmpleBosom.com - there are quite a few different styles.

thanks - v helpful! I've just ordered lacy 'bralets' from a Groupon offer last week: good for days when you can 't fasten at back or want a light easy support [bit like a sleep bra, but better than nowt]

Hi, you could try crazyclearance.co.uk , they do wide fittings and some great prices for shoes and boots - they do wide, extra wide and ultra wide fittings.
