Feeling very hot during night sleep

'Hi, it’s so difficult to explain what I am going through. I wake up during the night feeling so hot as if my inside is burning I believe it’s either due to stomach acide reflux or maybe too much gas in my intestines. After standing up or sitting down for a while the pain ease off. Also taking Gaviscon help too. Any feedback would be most appreciated.thx'

Sounds like you need to discuss with your GP as need something more effective for reflux than Gaviscon. Many of us take proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole, but your GP will need to rule out other causes first. It is quite horrid, so sympathy.

Sounds like reflux pain - it can be quite severe and even mistaken for heart pain! You need to let your medical team know your symptoms - you may need to have some investigations if it doesn't settle down, but you certainly need some more effective treatment!
