Take the meds, forget about them and have a fab holiday. One quick question...'Hold' or 'Hand' for meds, 'Declare' or do nothing, accompanied by prescription/letter from GP or not?

Meds always in hand luggage, we cannot risk them getting mislaid or lost. I've not declared but have taken a copy of the latest prescription and a letter from the rheumy dept stating that I need the meds for RA.

I'm glad to hear you are enjoying your holiday. It's an old saying but "good news is no news". Those in remission, are controlled and busy getting on with their lives don't usually post except for a few angels happy to help and share their knowledge. It's those newly diagnosed and/or struggling who reach out for advice and support so giving a skewed view of people with RA. Wishing you well

Yes so true no news good news we all teach our when in pain or upset so just hope it's true that people are to busy enjoying life after being cured of RA I just hope I'll be there one day but I will let you all know if an when it happens 😤 Not holding my breath yet !!!!!!

Continue enjoying the feel-good warmth of the sun Elswick, it makes a world of difference. Just been over there myself, sun all the way except on a brief stay with friends in Valencia on the return journey, the following morning was cloudy & forecast rain. Thankfully we were driving away from it so didn't affect us.

I'm generally well controlled, there are a few of us who choose to be here even so though I appreciate it mustn't always seem the case. It's a connection with those who know how it is & if we can help anyone through experience then hopefully it's worthwhile. ☀️
