Home from holiday.....

Morning everyone well we are back from Skegness safely. Well what a week that has been, we have been been in a lot of pain. Darling hubby because he ate soemthing that disagreed with him. I was in pain due to my neck and back. We had a lovely time and saw some lovely places. Met my dear friend who we spent some time with and had a thoroughly good time with her. I shall miss her until next year when we go back god willing. We left at 8.30am as i have an emergnancy apt with the rheumy because of all the pain i am in at the moment.xxxx

Glad you had a good time away, not so good the pain hope the RH will be able to help you out. Nothing worse than pain.

I’ve hit the jackpot with the carers I received to help me while my foot is heeling, one of them is a registered chiropractor and she massages my back and shoulders for me twice a day, it has worked wonders for my Rh, she uses biofreeze gel it loosens up my muscles.

Have you ever tried a good massage? It feels wonderful.
