New pain

So I have started getting yet a nother pain in my groin hurts to sit walk I am on steroids and methotrexate is this something else I put up with going on holiday next week not looking forward to it 🙁

Hi Elswick,

Are you able to contact the rheumatology team or your gp before the holiday. This sounds awful. I'm sure there can be many causes but if the CRP (creatine reactive protein) is up that might indicate a problem.

I had this trouble when I had polymyalgia and it ain't funny.

I can only recommend a walking stick with a flat type handle you can lean on which you probably have already.

Seeing nurse wed pain has eased how do I no if my crp is up ?? This is all new to me going to cab tomorrow see what I could be entitled to if I don’t go back to work 😩thanks for your advice it’s really appreciated tc
