I've been on Benepali for 12 weeks now after 13 very successful years on Enbrel and am finding that it works well for 4-5 days post injection but then I have a rapid decline for 2 days before the next one is due. I didn't experience this with Enbrel, in fact I sometimes could stretch to 10-12 days between injections if I didn't want the hassle of taking them abroad.
Anyone else notice this?

Yes! I did however I have only been on Benepali so had nothing to compare to! I started Benepali end October. I would take it Thursday night and definitely noticed the tiredness kick in Monday night ( irrespective of my routine)! However, finally around May I am past this although I did have a finger steroid shot in April due to inflammation. So that was 6 months for me.... hope your tiredness improves too!
Know exactly where your coming from only for me the tiredness kicks in the following day which is awful and in constant pain discussed this with my consultant and has agreed to put me back on enbrel as in the 2 years I was on it never had to contact them as it was working just hope it works as good when I re start it
Yes! I have been on Benepali since March after more than ten years on enbrel. Since the end of March my pain level has increased and my movement has decreased. I went to my gp on Tuesday on a different matter and he was shocked at how bad I was. He emailed my rheumatologist there and then and I had a phone call later. I am to go back on Enbrel when my prescription has been sorted.
Thanks for this, I'm going to ring my rheumatoid nurse today to see if I can go back to enbrel. I'm moving from mtx tabs to injections at the end of this month so might be a good time to go back on Enbrel and try to get stable again.
