If you mean will your carer still receive Carer's Allowance if you're refused PIP at your renewal then I'm afraid not. In order to receive CA the person they're caring for must be in receipt of PIP, DLA or AA. This link covers all the requirements gov.uk/carers-allowance/eli...
Try not to think so far ahead, though I appreciate you may have to be prepared it may just be a simple case of reviewing your needs. I've recently had my PIP renewal assessment & waiting on the result.
