Today I fell in my home, as a result now both my hands but specially my pinky fingers are hurting very much and I feel like needle picks on them, I hit my chin on the end of my sofa so I also have pain in my arms, neck and back, I wanted to find out if it was something serious that is going on.

Had a fall
I think you should get it checked out just in case you have damaged anything. Hugs and watch you don't have a flare because of the fall. Let me know how you get on darling.xxx
Oh dear not good mac hope your not hurting too much take care
Any fall that has after effects should be checked over. Call & explain to your GP,& ask for an emergency Appoinment.
Hope you feel better soon.
I now wear my wrist supports as I fall quiet a lot even though I am very careful these days x
Hope you haven't caused too much damage but I agree you need to get checked out especially you have neck pain.
I would get it checked out.Since our bones are not has strong has most people’s are. Better be safe than sorry x
Do you know why you fell? I have fallen a couple of times due to a recent diagnosis, "Myopathy," part of the autoimmune disorders.
I think you should go and get yourself checked out. It all sounds very painful! What caused you to fall - did you trip up over something? Sending gentle hugs.
You should most definitely get it checked out. I fell in February and hurt my arm and shoulder badly. I couldn't lift my arm up after it but thought it would be better after a rest. I went to A & E the following day as it was no better and after X-rays and scans it was found I had ruptured two tendons in my shoulder. Then unbelievably just ten days later I fell again and ruptured a tendon in my other shoulder.
. I have been having a really bad time and haven't even been able to dress myself as I couldn't lift my arms up. I have seen the orthopaedic consultant and he has told me that the ruptures are too bad for them to be able to repair and that I will never get full use of my arms back. I have been doing the exercises given to me by the physiotherapist and can now lift my arms but they are still painful.
I hope you get some good treatment and are not in pain for too long Mac
