It seems quite timely having just launched our "Love Your Heart" online programme on Cardio Vascular risk to be asked to help this PhD student from Queen Mary's University London in their studies on the subject. Here's a message from the lead investigator.

Did you know that having rheumatoid arthritis increases your cardiovascular mortality by up to 50% but that physical activity can reduce this risk and is also beneficial for rheumatoid arthritis?
