Blood Test, Job Interview and General Update.

Hello again, hope this post finds you somewhat pain free!

So I got to have another blood test tomorrow to check my liver and then go for a job interview! I feel I have a few more years in me yet to be able to work and I can’t stand being in the house and being bored all day! I absolutely hate interviews though, I get so nervous and worry about what they will ask and create a whole nightmare scenario in my head lol. I’m sure it will be nothing like what I make up in my mind! See Rheumy on Friday and hopefully will be prescribed something to get going on because the pain lately is awful! Terrible shooting pains through my fingers today! Overall I would say a bad day today, everything is having a go...my knees, toes, elbows, wrists, hands, fingers and shoulders!! Just also wanted to say I’ve seen how bad RA can get, my nan who passed away in 2012 had it for 30 odd years and she suffered bad, I won’t even go into it to be fair because it was so horrible. Anyway, enough rambling, take care of yourselves, keep positive, vent your frustrations when you can and stay groovy! ✌🏻

Ben if you feel up to it and it's what you want to do then really really good luck. Hope you get some adequate pain relief before then; fingers are the worse! Sorry to hear about your poor Nan, you know more about it first hand than me, no one else in my family has it and i hope to God my kids never do. Take care of yourself.

Spoke to nurse today about my blood results and my liver has somehow got worse! So she said that at my appointment with Rheumy tomorrow I will probably be sent for a scan to see what’s going on. I hope that don’t mean they won’t prescribe me any new medication because I really need to start something! Grrrr...

I didn’t get the job! Grrr...

Rheumy today at 12, will update once I’m back. I’m hoping there is something they can prescribe me that won’t affect my liver, we will see. Take care ✌🏻

Rheumy would not prescribe me anything due to my liver. I’ve now got to wait for a ultrasound appointment to come through to and go for a blood test in 2 weeks for a hepatitis screening! Then back to Rheumy in 4-6 weeks. So fed up now, actually tired of it all.
