Lumbar fusions

Hello all. Have had three lumbar fusions in five years. Now no more surgery as they did not last. The last obe in 2015 lasted 2 years. Now the pain is really bad. Morphine and Tramadol (allergic) bad reactions and don’t work. Been referred to a pain clinic. They could only suggest steroid injections but are reluctant to do them as they may not work (haven’t before), and could end up worse than ever.

Take co-codamol and ibuprofen, serrapeptase and turmeric. Really need help as its ruining my life. Nothing else wrong as far as I know.
