On the left, 2 Faux Diamond & Tanzanite stacking rings..they look lovely either side of a white or yellow gold band.

On the righ 2 QVC stacking rings edging a yellow gold band.

Shows how bored I am this morning....The topic promoted me to do something I have been meaning to do for ages.... photographing all my jewellery for my insurance valuation...above must be worth at least 75p!

At least with Winter looming you can wear those gloves with short fingers so that only the top joint shows.

Although lately one of my top joints has lurched off at almost 45° in a couple of months...it doesn't hurt...so will leave well alone & wear mittens!

Sell the lot &'have a bumper holiday ML!

I sold a gold watch (bought in the 1960's) back around 2000.

It was so dainty I couldn't see the time on it.....with the ill gotten gain I carpeted my sitting & dining rooms!

Good job I sold it...it wouldn't go round my wrist these days.

lol and the most valuable ring would not fit on my little finger, I think they were much smaller in the 1860''s but my DIL it fitted as if it had been for her, and so it gives me pleasure to see her wearing it. The rest I have because its of sentimental value but your right and it would probaby be a good idea. xXx

Yes I keep my mother & grandmother's wedding & engagement rings, for sentimental reasons, but all the stuff I bought on my travels I have sold. These days I don't lead the life to wear exotic type Jewellery. Have kept the Mikimoto pearls & earrings, the rest was sold & I spent the profits mainly travelling to visit friends abroad...don't regret it at all....just grateful I was lucky enough to have them in the first place.
